Pretty in Purple smoothie

Usually i would always have a green smoothie for breakfast, I love them! But today i thought i would try something with a little less green and alot more purple. Being super high in fiber, phytochemicals, vitamin C and K makes this fantastic for your immune system, offers protection from cancers, lowering cholesterol and great for your skin!



Pretty in Purple smoothie


  • 3/4 cup water, coconut water or orange juice
  • 2 bananas
  • 3 oranges, peeled
  • Red cabbage - just a few pieces if you want a sweeter smoothie, but more if you are used to having a not so sweet smoothie. I used a little over half cup of roughly chopped cabbage.
  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
