Raw Chocolate Fudge

This recipe is perfect for a late night chocolate craving when there isn't any around, because it literally only takes a few minutes!

I find this recipe makes plenty, since it is very rich, you wont need much of it to satisfy yourself, and you can even put any leftovers (or all of it) in the fridge for an hour or so, and it will harden into a beautiful, silky raw chocolate bar!

Sugarless Chocolate Fudge

(or chocolate bar!)

  • 4 Tbs coconut oil - not liquid, but at room temperature
  • 2-3 Tbs raw cocoa powder (the more, the darker the chocolate flavour)
  • 2 Tbs maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
  1. In a small bowl, add all your ingredients, and mix to combine.
  2. If you want to turn your fudge into a chocolate bar, just smooth it out onto a piece of grease proof paper, or in a clip seal bag and place into your fridge for about an hour, or until it has solidified.

This is also perfect for dipping strawberries or banana slices in, or mixed with peanut butter.
